Perforated base insulation stick pins same as self adhesive insulation stick pins, they are made from a 50×50mm Metal base assembled with a metal nails, the base thickness is 0.4mm, the nail diameter is 12 Gauge( 2.7mm) and nail length is available in 19mm, 32mm, 38mm, 41mm, 50mm, 63mm, 89mm, 114mm, 140mm, 160mm, 203mm etc, other sizes are available by special order.

Different as self adhesive insulation stick pins, Perforated base insulation stick pins have not a adhesive tape on the base, there are 44 small holes on base, the 44 holes are used to grab the adhesive or allow a screw to hold the base in place, also, the perforated base insulation stick pins usually are used for fasten the heavier to the surface which the self adhesive insulation stick pins can’t work to. Once the insulation is install onto the pins, use a self locking washer to lock the pin, finally bend over the pin or use a dome cap to over the pin ends.
