REOWO Single Seated Balance Control Valve, Compared with top guided single seated Control Valve, Its dynamic stability is better with balance sealing ring and could work smooth under higher pressure drop. Compared with cage guided single seated control valves, it's better suited for applications involving fluid with entrained particles, and its trim will not be locked.
Features
There is a valve core and a valve seat in the valve body of the Single Seated Balance Control Valve, which has the characteristics of small leakage. The valve has a large unbalanced force, and its allowable pressure difference is smaller than that of a double-seat valve. In the case of high pressure difference and large diameter, it is best to be equipped with a valve positioner. The valve with a nominal diameter ≥ 25mm has a dual-guide structure, and it can be air-opened or air-closed by changing the connection position of the valve stem and the valve core.
