2.Silicon particle processing method

A recovery device for recovering silicon particles from a discharged liquid containing
silicon particles, a mixed liquid tank for storing the dissolved mixed liquid, and a cloth filter for filtering the dissolved mixed liquid introduced into the mixed liquid tank are provided. The above-mentioned discharged
liquid is discharged when a single crystal silicon ingot is processed by a silicon ingot processing device to form a silicon block, and the above-mentioned dissolving mixed liquid is formed by mixing acid with the slurry-like
silicon particles recovered by the above-mentioned recycling device to dissolve impurities.

First, the dissolved mixed liquid in the mixed liquid tank is supplied to the filter
cloth filter to start filtering, and the filtrate at this time is returned to the mixed liquid tank to circulate.

If a filter cake of the desired thickness is formed on the filter cloth of the cloth
filter, the filtrate does not return to the mixed liquid tank but flows through the discharge passage for filtering.

After the filtration of the above-mentioned dissolved mixed liquid is completed,
pressurized air is supplied to the filter surface side of the filter cloth filter to dehydrate the filter cake formed on the filter cloth, and then pure water is supplied to the mixed liquid tank to pass The pure water in
the mixed liquid tank was supplied to the filter cloth filter to wash the filter cake on the filter cloth.

Next, pressurized air is supplied to the filter surface side of the filter cloth
filter, thereby dewatering the filter cake on the filter cloth.
