Having Pull-ring inside the cap, the bottle cap can mainly divided into two styles. We provide screwing cap or flip top cap as its top structure and both are quite popular in the market as the cap of soy sauce bottle or vinegar bottle.

Description about products:

1.Materials: Commonly P20 for mould base, s136 for cores, cavities and rings. All materials are optional to customers.

2.Design: We have our own design work team to design drawings according to customers` request. Customers may need to provide 2D or 3D drawing and we will make 2D&3D drawings.

3.Mould cycle time: Based on cap design. (Mostly 12-15 seconds per cycle, we reached 10 seconds per cycle before. )

4.Long warranty: Commonly 1 year in the market, but we provide 2 years` warranty.

5.Main processing equipment: CNC, wire cutting, Grinding machine, Lathe, Drill Press, EDM center and etc.

Our customer could not only get high quality mould, but also one stop solution.

Each time we run a test for the mould, we will send the customer some pictures and videos about samples and a unique test report. If our samples do not meet the demands, we will list out all requires of our customer in a solution sheet based on customers` feedback and fix the problem.
