● With workspace dimensions of 9000x4000x3000mm and large opening entry door, IT-SUPER-L9 spray booth suits all models of cars. Intake air is ducted from outside the building and passes through pre-filter, intake fan, and into the plenum. Then the air flows from the plenum to the workspace, and flows vertically across the painted vehicle, and passes through floor filters to be vented to the atmosphere. The airflow path from ceiling to floor is relatively short and the flow is more consistent, facilitating the extraction of overspray.

AIRFLOW & BOOTH STRUCTURE

IT-SUPER-L9 is standard with full downdraft airflow.

Diffuser: Before the air is drawn to the top plenum, it passes through the diffuser first, where the airflow speed can be reduced. The air flows through the holes of diffuser and fill the plenum, which contributes to more even air distribution from plenum to workspace.

Downdraft balancing vanes: The basement is equipped with vanes, allowing the paint spray booth to draft evenly across the entire exhaust basement. Each vane is with flaps that allows the user to adjust and readjust multiple times when changes are needed.

1. Q: Can I add scissor lift to the paint spray booth?

A: Certainly. You can buy the scissor lift by yourself or from us. If you get the lift by yourself, please supply the product manual of the lift, so we can integrate it with paint spray booth basement or pit.

2. Q: How many pieces of IT-SUPER-L9 paint spray booths can be fitted in a container?

A: For IT-SUPER-L9 paint spray booth with raised basement, it requires 1x40GP container for loading and shipping.

3. Q: Is your paint spray booth CE certified?

A: Yes.

4. Q: How long does it take to assemble the paint spray booth?

A: For standard paint spray booth IT-L9, usually the installation can be completed by 3-4 experienced people (including 1 qualified electrician) within 12 working days. However, the schedule changes subject to the condition if the people are skilled enough or not.

5. Q: Can the paint spray booth installed outside the building?

A: In the case that the paint spray booth has to be installed outdoors, Infitech highly recommend that you add shed to protect the booth from snow and rain. The spray booth cannot be outdoors without any shed for protection.

6. Q: What is the terms of payment?

A: 50% deposit by T/T when the order is confirmed, and balance amount settled before ex-works. For other payment terms, please contact Infitech for discussion.

7. Q: How do you pack the paint spray booth?

A: The paint spray booth is generally delivered in various sub components palletized and in different packaging to be handled by forklifts. In some cases the components are systematized loose. There are labels on the cargo for identification purpose. You will receive detailed packing list for checking the cargo.

8. Q: What is the warranty?

A: 2-year warranty.
