Since its establishment, Xinjiang Jin Tian Yang Textile co., Ltd. has made focused technical renovation of the production lines ranging from top, stripe dyeing, spinning, fabric weaving, dyeing and finishing to knitting wool manufacturing. In virtue of this, the production equipment is optimized than ever, which provides a guarantee for incessant production and quality improvement.
　At present, there are three top production lines in the company, realizing a yearly throughput as high as 2,200 tons. Besides, the company introduced 3 FOR Carding machines, 6 SC400 gilling machines and 12 combing machines from Italy. The annual throughput of tops reaches as high as 1,000 tons. The two home-made wool scouring machines (breadth: 152) boast a yearly throughput of scoured wool as high as 3,000 tons. The top production flow is as follows: wool sorting → wool scouring → second assorting → top making. And the top making processes are: wool suffocating → wool mixing → gilling → combing → back washing → gilling.
